Harvest Fast Day

“We plant the seeds that one day will grow.” – The Romero Prayer As part of our Harvest thanks today, some staff and pupils (from Year 5 onwards) volunteered to forgo their usual well-fed lunch in favour of soup and bread. The cost of their lunch is being donated to Cafod’s Harvest Fast Day.

Holme Grange School has a longterm commitment to supporting the children of Our Lady of Nazareth School in Nairobi, Kenya. As reported in many previous posts here on the Outreach blog, our fundraising provides resources for food, books, sport kits and scholarships.
