Harvest Fast Day

“We plant the seeds that one day will grow.” – The Romero Prayer As part of our Harvest thanks today, some staff and pupils (from Year 5 onwards) volunteered to forgo their usual well-fed lunch in favour of soup and bread. The cost of their lunch is being donated to Cafod’s Harvest Fast Day.


HG Harvest Donation Appeal

Our harvest donations will benefit people who go to the Wokingham Foodbank and The Link Visiting Scheme. We are holding our annual Harvest Services on Thursday 5th October for the Eaton Grange pupils at 8:35am and on Friday 6th October for the Prep and Pre-Prep pupils at 9:00am. Cake for Grenfell

After school this afternoon, a cake sale was held in the school playground. All week, the Holme Grange Bakery has been bustling about the kitchen ovens in preparation. SKYDIVE!

After some wet weather at the end of last week, the charity skydive for The Link Visiting Scheme eventually went ahead on Sunday morning. Taking a leap of faith, Mrs Robinson plunged from 10 000ft with a whoop of joy.


Skydive for Friendship!

Over the last two years, the community of Holme Grange School has forged strong links with the elderly folk of The Link Visiting Scheme in Wokingham. An upcoming venture involving three HG staff is a charity skydive as part of LVS’s Friendship Week.
