Outreach – being the difference

| Home |

After some wet weather at the end of last week, the charity skydive for The Link Visiting Scheme eventually went ahead on Sunday morning. Taking a leap of faith, Mrs Robinson plunged from 10 000ft with a whoop of joy.

It was a glorious sunny day at the Chiltern Park Aerodrome, located between Caversham and Wallingford. Spirits were buzzing amount the Link jumpers and there was a good round of cheerful support.

Mrs Robinson made it back safely and she is raring to have another go. Could it be ‘Point Break 2’? Now we await Ms Fuller’s jump when a weekend space next becomes available.

The Link Visiting Scheme work really hard among the elderly of Wokingham to combat social isolation. We are trying to reach the target of £10 000, so please do support the friendship campaign for the Link Visiting Scheme by donating to to the skydive challenge, on behalf of Mrs Robinson and Ms Fuller –
